Air suspension bellows replace traditional leaf-spring systems on modern heavy commercial vehicles. A reinforced rubber bellows is filled with pressurised air; as the vehicle is loaded or the road surface changes, the air volume and pressure adjust to carry the load, absorb impacts and keep the chassis at a constant ride height.

Compared with steel springs, air springs offer better ride comfort, lower noise and vibration, automatic levelling and reduced wear on the vehicle and its cargo. HANN produces two- and three-layer bellows with textile cord reinforcement, vulcanised and fatigue-tested for the harshest duty cycles — for tractors, trailers, buses and cabins.
